Let me save you some trouble here. It probably doesn't matter. Streaming video on demand is incredibly expensive. If a video isn't doing well, they'll send it in a lower quality, but probably most normal people wouldn't notice, and if something starts doing better, they'll bump it back up. Oh, also, the internet is mad.

I don't think most people understand what people mean when they say that foreign governments are interfering in elections. It doesn't mean that they're hacking polling places. It means they are paying influencers or buying botnets to boost content to get shared more on social media. Hacking is also a thing, but it isn't nearly as common, and it seems like we got a lot of it from all sides this year. link
